About The Position:

The VP of Growth Operations is responsible for providing critical support to the EVP and CGO through operational leadership in the areas of strategic planning, performance improvement, capacity planning, budget management, communications, and team development.  The Operational Strategy lead will also act as a key liaison within Growth and across functions, including, all regions, HR, Finance, the Executive Office, and regional leadership. Reporting directly to the EVP and CGO, the VP of Growth Operations will also work closely with peers across functions to drive opportunities for growth and improvements in operational processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of short and long term strategic planning at the direction of EVP/CGO
  • Lead specific strategic initiatives in support of the EVP/CGO
  • Drives and align strategy and initiatives as related to Growth alignment
  • Coordinate updates for Board and investors on Growth projects and progress
  • Work with functional area leadership to analyze growth strategies.
  •  and ensure they are responsive to client needsDevelop strategy for growth metrics and corresponding reports, dashboards and visualization of results
  • Assist in the development of financial goal setting and set budget targets within each department.
  • Develop and compile budget reviews to communicate progress and ensure budgets are maintained; connect financial outcomes with key metrics to drive operational success
  • Work with HR to analyze org structures and develop and maintaining staffing models across growth functions
  • Direct the development of training and professional development programs that increase the effectiveness of new and existing employees, including support of succession planning and employee engagement  processes
  • Develop, manage, and communicatie of Growth operating plans that facilitate the achievement of divisional and corporate goals:
    • Achievement of financial goals,
    • Development and maintenance of a well-controlled operating (both fiscal and operations controls) environment
    • Development and management of useful fiscal and operational reporting practices and artifacts.
    • Assess Product development and technology to ensure success
  • Ability to lead and direct the Growth team meetings.
  • Travel to sites and external partners as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher preferred
  • Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrated 10 years of experience at executive levels within Health care at an operational level; experience with strategic planning preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Effective leadership and analytical skills, including working knowledge of budgets, staffing models, scheduling, and telecom opportunities.
  • Exceptional ability to develop and manage results-oriented recruiting and training programs
  • Strong mentoring and relationship building skills with ability to effectively manage large groups
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook and Word with Excel skills
  • Proven experience leading teams through periods of significant growth or change
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and motivate a growing and changing service operation; able to engage with directors and managers at all levels across the business to achieve goals and objectives.
