Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Vice President, Engagement Center (SVP, Community Child and Family Services) to join our team at our office in Rocky Hill, CT.  The SVP, Community Child and Family Services will work cohesively with other senior leaders to ensure a coordinated approach to care coordination, community program development, reporting and analytics and other core programmatic elements across the enterprise.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves on the local senior leadership team and works collaboratively to sustain a cohesive leadership team that drives innovation and results, while ensuring high staff satisfaction and a positive Beacon culture.
  • Assists in developing strong leaders within the community child and family division to support the myriad of programs and services provided.
  • Develops positive and productive working relationships with all clients and delivers on all programmatic contract expectations.
  • Proactively monitors provider and program quality and utilization outcome data to ensure appropriate management of program/contract resource while informing the needs of the child and family services system.
  • Participates in statewide meetings, representing Beacon and our clients to assist in educating stakeholders and informing state policy.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred

Licensure:  None required

Relevant Work Experience:   A minimum of five years applied child welfare or clinical experience.   Three years of administrative management experience supported with direct managed care experience also required
