Job Description


The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to act as the key HR leader for designated teams within the business. The /Sr. HRBP will be a key member of the leadership teams in which they support and work side-by-side with the leaders to act as a true business partner.  There will be a strong focus on talent, organization and culture initiatives. 

About the Position:

  • Thought partner to leadership team on people and organizational strategy
    • Includes Talent review
    • Development plans
    • Strategic goal setting
  • Creates and implements HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with business objectives
    • Understanding the need of the business
    • Understanding the challenge of the business
  • Leverages analytics to diagnose organizational opportunities and design solutions (working with finance partners)
    • Leads FTE goals
    • Educates on HR data including but not limited to turnover data
  • Implements and leads HR practices including
    • Performance Management
    • Goal Setting
    • Development Planning
    • Succession Planning
  • Acts as a part of the leadership team for assigned client groups
    • Participates in weekly business meetings
    • 1:1’s with leaders
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve Organizational Health and culture
  • Participate and at time leads Town Halls
  • Conducts new hire orientation/onboarding
  • Develops solutions to attract, develop  and retain capabilities needed by business in conjunction with the business and Talent Management
  • Liaises with HR COEs to bring HR solutions to business
  • Other duties as assigned

 Position Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.  A Master’s degree is preferred. 
  • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in human resources, including human resources business partner roles. Experience working with leadership in HRBP model. Experience partnering with and coaching executives to meet business objectives
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Firm understanding of all facets of HR including business partnership & consulting, organizational design, talent management and workforce planning. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate human capital data into business solutions. Change champion. Ability to influence the business at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results. Ability to navigate competing priorities within a growing organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation, organizational skills and time management
