ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a dynamic SPECIALTY NETWOK MANAGER to join our team at our office in BOSTON, MA.  The Specialty Network Manager will report to the Director of Child Services and will be responsible for implementing strategies to meet statewide clinical, quality, utilization, and network improvement goals through the use of data and positive working relationships with providers who deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with the Autism and Child Services departments to insure coordinated network management activity, consistent with the statewide strategic plan.
  • Provides support to the Child Services department priorities and initiatives.
  • Assists in the development and dissemination of aggregate and provider specific utilization and quality data reporting to effectively manage the delivery of ABA services of contracted providers.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key clinical and administrative leadership within the ABA provider network.
  • Meets with ABA providers ensuring contract compliance, ensuring access, managing utilization, and improving quality. (Travel is to be expected with these responsibilities.)
  • Works collaboratively with the Autism department to identify and implement quality improvement activities to ensure adequate access and delivery of ABA services.
  • Leads special projects within the Child Services department as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education: Master’s Degree required

License(s):  BCBA or LABA strongly preferred. Mental health licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) with relevant experience will be considered.

Relevant Work Experience:  A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mental health/substance abuse field, specifically with the child/adolescent population. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project & COGNOS
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and includes both verbal and written.
  • Collaboration and team-oriented work philosophy.
