ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a dynamic Service Coordinators to join our team at our office in Vancouver, WA. The Service Coordinator assists the account staff in completing projects that enable clients to be effectively served through the crisis system including external communication on the website, data tracking and reporting and coordination between entities.

 Position Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains the Washington ASO website, keeping it updated with new information and removing outdated information in a timely manner

  2. Maintain crisis system data dashboard to monitor system performance, identify trends and patterns to guide decision making

  3. Load person alerts into the regional crisis line system within 24 hours of receiving the information

  4. Assist Director with performance reports to clients

  5. Accepts phone calls from members, providers or other service agencies that are requesting additional information on the available clinical services and programs

  6. Enters relevant call notes and information in Connects
  7. Maintains logs and other data bases regarding utilization management and care coordination activities

  8. Coordinates with other agencies and staff as needed

  9. Consistently provides members, providers and internal staff with exceptional customer service

  10. Provides resources to members

  11. Maintains schedule that allows for appropriate coverage

  12. Other duties as assigned

  13. Attends departmental and other meetings as necessary

Position Requirements:

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, and/or Sociology) preferred

Relevant Work Experience:          

Customer Service experience, 2 years minimum

Licensure:  N/A

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills.

  2. Knowledge of Medicare & Medcaid

  3. Proficiency computer skills required, including working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, WordPress and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
