Responsibilities

•          Monitoring the consistency of Quality model application in the Regions and Engagement Centers and identifying operational improvement needs and strategies to improve

•          Vendor management of the member satisfaction process

•          Problem solving with the Regions when issues or problems occur that impact the successful completion of client quality deliverables as well as meeting performance objectives or SLAs

•          Provide system administration functions for Quality Connect, including user maintenance, training, corporate sign-off and reporting (AI/QOC/PRRT modules).

•          Collaborate/support  Accreditation to by: Highlight/Bookmark documents, conduct research, reporting,  data analysis focusing on NCQA and URAC accreditation activities to support and  ensure ongoing compliance with URAC and NCQA accreditation standards across accreditation areas.

•          Contribute to the development of new Policies and Procedures or the revision of existing P&Ps (i.e merging like policies when indicated, following style guide).

•          Collaborate with the Corporate Quality leadership team to oversee key departmental activities and to further departmental goals.

•          Analysis of current processes and development of new or revised Work Flow documents for quality and clinical programs to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.

•          Manage the reporting for the Corporate QOCC committee that includes but is not limited to: setting meetings on webex, taking minutes, creating presentations, ensuring signatures on approved minutes

•          Maintain current knowledge of HEDIS measures and improvement activities

•          Support other areas of the quality department to ensure excellence in quality implementations and support across the enterprise

•          Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in behavioral health
  • 3+ years experience in data analysis, report writing and quality improvement activities preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
