ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a dynamic Quality Data Analyst/Project Manager I to join our team at our office in Woburn, MA.  The Quality Data Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for assisting with analysis of data, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and monitoring workplans, as well as reporting out progress horizontally, as well as to management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads interdepartmental teams in program and project design and implementation.
  • Creates and implements timelines, monitors and evaluates performance, related to quality improvement workplans and provider corrective action plans.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity for improvement using data and makes improvements on processes, culture, or work environment.
  • Oversees progress or identifies risks (both internal and external) to project completion, including any issues that jeopardize successful and timely completion of project deliverables.  Escalates unresolved risks and issues to appropriate management staff in a timely manner.
  • Maintains project plans and documents changes to the work plan and scope of the project. Schedules and facilitates internal and external project team meetings. Fosters a cooperative team environment in all situations. Documents using standard formats. Maintains a monitoring system to follow-up on all tasks/activities and department deliverables. Monitor project status using a variety of project management tools.
  • Communicates project status and key milestones.
  • Oversees scheduled, as well as ad-hoc projects assigned to the department.
  • Maintains working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitors workplans and other project management tools collaboratively developed with external stakeholders participating in quality improvement activities.
  • Facilitates both internal and external implementation meetings across departments.
  • Manages deliverables and reports, including data analysis and interpretation of CM/QM reports.
  • Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual quality reports.
  • Carries out multiple tasks and meets deadline.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required, Masters preferred

Relevant Work Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in managed care or behavioral health preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: The ideal candidate has strong data analysis, evaluation, and reporting skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams to support quality management/data analysis needs

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Sound Project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills required to work on multiple projects / clients simultaneously
  • Must be adaptable to frequent change utilizing effective decision-making
  • Ability to motivate a team or individual to achieve desired outcomes
  • Attention to detail, timely follow through with ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
