ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a dynamic PROJECT COORDINATOR (MABHA) to join our team at our office in Boston, MA.  The PROJECT COORDINATOR (MABHA) will actively participate in the expansion of MABHA to include PHI for individuals currently residing on inpatient units who are waiting for placements. The position requires contact and communication primarily with the clinical review department   The Project Coordinator must also work with MBHP departments including: ESP, IT, Reporting, Regional, CBHI and Clinical to ensure site is maintained and updated, goals are accomplished in appropriate time frame and reporting requirements met.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update detailed information daily regarding members on AND

  • Communicate with clinical review department, and other departments as needed.

  • Provide back-up to AA(s) managing Boarding data (Access Line, ESP)

  • Coordinate with staff entering boarding data

  • Assist in creating internal reports

  • Sort data and run reports at specified intervals – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, including graphics and data analysis

  • Work with IT department to update/enhance website

  • Facilitate trainings/webinars for providers and users of MABHA

  • Provide demonstrations of website

  • Monitor access to site and compile data related to site usage

  • Respond to inquiries from State Agencies, as appropriate

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education: BA/BS in psychology or social work preferred though not required

Relevant Work Experience: 2 years administrative experience with diverse responsibilities including creating reports, maintaining data bases, website interaction.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to work independently but also participate in team initiatives.

  • Must have demonstrated organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, accomplish goals accurately and meet deadlines.

  • Understanding and willingness to abide by laws/regulations and company policies pertaining to confidentiality.

  • Experience in behavioral health setting with understanding of terminology, familiarity with levels of care, and knowledge of state agencies is preferred.

Our office is located at 1000 Washington Street and is accessible via Shuttle Bus service or Silver Line from South Station, we are also within walking distance of the New England Medical MBTA stop.  Great location!
