About the Position:

Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, the Manager, Office of the CEO will help drive strategic priorities by working on cross-functional projects, helping coordinate investor relations, and tracking high-priority initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist  with CEO Office responsibilities, including preparing materials for Board, investor meetings, and Executive Leadership Team meetings and off sites
  • Drafting internal communications; preparing briefs for the CEO; and assisting with other ad hoc tasks
  • Preparing for key investor meetings, including Board meetings and investor calls
  • Assisting with planning the CEO’s internal engagement, including site visits, Town Halls, and off sites
  • Coordinating agendas and materials for leadership team meetings
  • Preparing briefing materials for external engagement with clients, industry associations, governmental figures, etc.
  • Developing and owning a “fact pack” for key company figures across functions
  • Identifying opportunities for organizational effectiveness and owning an end-to-end project to diagnose current state and develop recommendations
  • Cross functional operational projects as assigned
  • Coordinates on office culture alignment as it relates to our mission
  • Drive mission oriented messages as assigned by the CEO
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant Work Experience: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or business development
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet aggressive timelines, Excellent organization and project management skills, Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-changing environment, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an orientation toward demonstrating results, Able to work within matrix environments to gain buy-in of enterprise stakeholders on key initiatives, Strong ability to develop trust and relationships, Professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills, Nimble with PPT, Excel, and Word
