ABOUT THE POSITION

The Network Development Coordinator is responsible for all provider data maintenance and ad hoc reporting requests for the CT Medicaid provider and CT DCF provider networks.  Also Responsible for the CT Medicaid Autism Service Disorder (ASD) provider qualification process and oversight of the state’s Single Case Agreement (SCA) process.  The Network Development Coordinator will ensure that all network contract deliverables, performance standards and ad-hoc reporting requests are met as well as network requirements for all future contract implementations.  Role will require integration with Corporate Provider Relations and Provider Data teams on an as needed basis. Collaboration with State partners (CT Department of Social Services, CT Department of Children and Families and CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services) on all network inquiries, provider file maintenance and ad-hoc reporting requests. Responsible for various functions in multiple systems and platforms, meeting or exceeding all established productivity and quality standards. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages all maintenance requirements of the CT Medicaid and CT Department of Children & Families provider networks.
  • Audits weekly add and change provider reports
  • Coordinates monthly Rapid Response Meetings with State Clients.
  • Manages ECC referral list, this includes working with DCF/DSS and provider on all new ECC providers.  Works with Regional Network Manager to ensure correct ECC information is in the provider system.
  • Manages ASD/Waiver Provider Network Qualifications of ASD State Plan & ASD Waiver Providers.  Attends ASD meetings with State Partners & Beacon ASD Director
  • Assist with CT Provider Registry Implementation
  • Collaborate with Corporate Team on Auto Load implementation of Add Report
  • Subject Matter Expert and Trainer for Single Case Agreement Process
  • Support and participate in the Network Management Department’s process improvement and transformational initiatives to drive completion and successful outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities and implement best practices to standardize network management activities. Assure adoption of best practices by team members.
  • Contribute to provider communications such as newsletters, handbook, mailings, and training.
  • Act as liaison and maintain productive working relationships with all Beacon departments.
  • Attend internal departmental meetings as needed.
  • Works with State partners (CT Department of Social Services, CT Department of Children and Families and CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services) on all network inquiries, provider file maintenance and ad-hoc reporting.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required

Licenses: N/A

Relevant Work Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of experience working in healthcare, Network Management or in an operations area.
  • Must be highly organized, details oriented, results oriented, self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
