Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic Network Contracting Coordinator Admin. to join our team at our office in Cypress, CA. The Network Contracting Coordinator Admin. provides administrative support to the Network Contracting Department.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Tracks letters of interests from providers requesting to join the network.

  2. Facilitates mailing of contracts with credentialing packets or denial letters to interested providers.

  3. Works with credentialing team to ensure provider compliance with contract and credentialing requirements; as needed outreaches to providers to obtain required documentation and facilitate contract and credentialing processes.

  4. Aids in the mailing of welcome packets to providers by ensuring that the contracts and/or amendments are fully executed.

  5. Participates in the coordination and processing of all Network Contracting department mailings.

  6. Supports Beacon’s electronic strategy in all provider networks.

  7. Assists with management of inputs to the department.

  8. Provides general administrative support to the Network Contracting department, including audits and contract reviews.

  9. Assists with provider outreach and provider reporting as needed.

  10. Manages all Network Contracting Department files.

  11. Responds to provider inquiries and requests for Beacon written materials.

  12. Provides general administrative support to the Network Contracting department.

  13. Supports Network Contracting department with provider searches and research based on recruitment and network needs.

  14. Makes amendments mailing projects.

  15. Manages the LOI acknowledgement letter process.

  16. Manages outreaches to providers to convert LOIs to PSAs.

  17. Maintains the contracting folders in the file room and e-files.

  18. Adheres to all Beacon policies and procedures and standards of operations.

  19. Completes all required and assigned trainings.

  20. Attend all mandatory company or department meetings.

  21. Report to each scheduled shift and commence work and perform essential job function at the start of each schedule shift.

  22. Displays a positive, constructive, and helpful demeanor that is conducive to a safe and respectful work environment.

  23. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned and required.

Position Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher preferred.

Licensure:  N/A

Relevant Work Experience:  

Two (2) years secretarial, administrative or general office experience. Experience in the healthcare and/or insurance industry and an understanding of behavioral health is plus. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

General computer and customer service skills and experience, plus a fundamental knowledgebase of managed care benefits.  Written and Verbal English Proficiency required.

Customer Service experience required; therapeutic / care coordination experience preferred
