Job Description


 We are currently seeking a group of dynamic Network Contract Manager to join our team in Woburn, MA. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing network management projects aimed at supporting process standardization to transform the Network Management department and to support the regions in achieving objectives to improve the end to end provider experience. 


•         Partner with network management teams  to define and manage the scope, strategy, and delivery of projects

•         Develop and maintain project schedules and plans clearly defining dependencies and gaps

•         Conduct project meetings regularly to ensure project health and clear communication with all sponsors and stakeholders

•          Provide clear and concise project tracking and reporting.  This includes but is not limited to meeting minutes, status reporting and action item tracking.

•         Build relationships and collaborate with staff and subject matter experts across departments to ensure coordination across activities.

•         Define project success criteria and communicate to involved parties throughout project life cycle

•         May be asked to assist with oversight of other team member activities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

  • Comfortable driving solution progress forward – even when the answers are not known yet.  Dealing with the unknown and uncertainty is no big deal for you.

  • You keep people accountable and know when to “push” vs “pull”

  • Capable and innovative problem-solver using sound judgment to make business decisions that drive results and solve customer problems.

  • You don’t like to stand by when you notice an opportunity for improvement… if there is something that could work better for your project, team, or Beacon you speak up and drive the dialog

  • Strong organizational, communication/presentation, planning, and analytical skills

  • Understanding of general business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques

  • Comfortable with group presentations and public speaking

  • Important emphasis on collaboration with a team-oriented work philosophy
