ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, System Integration Services to join our team at our office in Coral Gables, FL.  The Manager, System Integration Services will be responsible for leading and managing various systems projects of a highly complex nature throughout the entire life cycle of the project. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide the means and measures for testing all the aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution
  • Responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan for solution. Solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, and stability.
  • Develops and implements quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems
  • Analyze deficiencies in service or performance and recommends product or service improvements to address problems
  • Work with Project Managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation models for QA related projects and other activities such as software deployment, customer integration, and professional services validation.
  • Manage team that executes end-to-end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solutions works as expected

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems, Business Administration or similar degree preferred. Four to five years’’ experience in the related field as an individual contributor in lieu of degree.  

Licensure:  None

Relevant Work Experience:   1-3 years supervisory experience required. Proven leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly to their software testing staff the parameters of the test and programs' desired output.
  • Strong understanding of different software development life cycles
