Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Operations Support to join our team at our office in Miami, FL.  The Manager, Operations Support is responsible leading a team of staff to support needs for the operation of the region.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with all leads in the operations departments ensure the correct staffing is in place for assigned tasks.

  • Manages and trains team to deliver cross-functional supports and capabilities to the team as assigned

  • Ability to triage and change out talent on assigned support as needed

  • Works collaboratively with operation needs and client as needed to understand the outcome needed.

  • Works with implementation lead on all new business to ensure the right talent is assigned to the client.

  • Assessed need for cross-training on skills sets team

  • Takes on work in addition to managing staffing needs

  • Maintains knowledge of client and contract requirements

  • Acts as liaison to corporate operations to work towards solutions of issues.

  • Ensures all work performed by staff is being logged in a tracking system and is reportable.

  • Provides weekly status report to management on key projects.

Position Requirements:


  • BA degree and advanced degree required

Relevant Work Experience:  

  • Operational background

  • 5-7 years of supervision

  • 10 years’ work experience in an operational setting/health care background/managed care preferred
