Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Quality Reporting to join our team at our office in Little Rock, AR.  The Manager, Quality Reporting will be responsible implement and monitor the annual Quality Work Plan, identify barriers and opportunities for improvement and to apply CQI principles to ensure continued success of Quality activities, and oversee the reporting of key quality indicators

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees management of Quality initiatives.

  • Responsible for performance improvement activities, and analyzing and presenting results.

  • Represent Quality Department at meetings where current quality activities including outcomes are discussed or presented.

  • Collaborate with other departmental leads to support adherence to standards and practices.

  • Support completion and delivery of all program specific reports and documentation; develop and implement procedures for reporting and delivery. 

  • Conduct analyses of current processes and development of new or revised Work Flow documents for quality programs to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in mental health profession, Master’s Degree preferred.

Licensure: Licensure in a mental health related field (Ph.D., RN, LCSW/ACSW, etc.) preferred.  Certification in health care quality program preferred.        

Relevant Work Experience: Three to five years’ experience in health care operations, project management and/or data analysis. Knowledge of behavioral health, healthcare, managed care or public health (e.g. Medicaid or Medicare) some clinical knowledge preferred.
