ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a group of dynamic Integrated Family Care and Support (IFCS) Clinical Supervisors to join our team at our office in Rocky Hill, CT.  The IFCS Clinical Supervisors will be responsible for program implementation and oversight of program staff providing direct care to families referred to the program. 

This position will require regular travel between our office in Rocky Hill and the New Haven/Milford region. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership, case consultation, and supervision to all IFCS program staff while ensuring fidelity to the program model.
  • Hire, train and provide management to all assigned staff.
  • Review and assign program referrals to IFCS program staff within contracted time.
  • Regularly review program data to ensure compliance with the contracted deliverables.
  • Provide coverage, as needed, to assure that youth/family’s needs are being met.

Position Requirements:

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage/Family Therapy or relevant mental health field.

Licensure:  Valid Driver's license is required.

Relevant Work Experience:   A minimum of three years’ experience working with children and families in the behavioral health and child welfare field.  Management experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively intervene in complex clinical situations.
  • Knowledge of local community resources is essential.
