About The Position:

The HRPB will work closely with their HR Lead or Director to execute HR agenda with defined clients; leads group specific actions in alignment broader HR strategy.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Creates and implements HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with business objectives
  • Leverages analytics to diagnose organizational opportunities and design solutions (working with finance partners)
    • Leads FTE goals
    • Educates on HR data including but not limited to turnover data
  • Develops employee engagement ideas as assigned
  • Coaches and Counsels managers on Employee Relations matters in coordination with the ER COE designee
  • Implements HR practices including:
    • Performance Management
    • Goal Setting
    • Development Planning
    • Succession Planning
  • Creates and implements HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with business objectives
    • Understanding the need of the business
    • Understanding the challenge of the business
  • Implements and leads HR practices including
    • Performance Management
    • Goal Setting
    • Development Planning
    • Succession Planning
  • Participates with  leadership team for assigned client groups
    • Participates in weekly business meetings
    • 1:1’s with leaders as assigned
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve Organizational Health and culture
  • Participates in  Town Halls
  • Conducts new hire orientation/onboarding
  • Develops solutions to attract, develop  and retain capabilities needed by business in conjunction with the business and Talent Management
  • Liaises with HR COEs to bring HR solutions to business
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is required

Relevant Work Experience: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in human resources, including human resources business partner roles.
  • Experience working with leadership in HRBP model
  • Experience partnering with and coaching executives to meet business objectives
  • Experience working in a unionized environment and understanding the collective bargaining agreement required
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with employee discipline, grievance and arbitration
  • Experience working in a managed healthcare setting with URAC accreditation a plus

  • Firm understanding of all facets of HR including business partnership & consulting, organizational design, talent management and workforce planning
