Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our office in Atlanta, GA.  The HR Business Partner will provide operational, consultative and problem solving support to employees and business unit manager on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and consultative support to employees and business managers on a daily basis.
  • Administers a variety of human resources programs and functions including employee relations issue resolution, tuition reimbursement, FMLA, open enrollment & benefit changes, drug screens, worker’s compensation claims, job classification reviews, performance appraisal program, recruiting, onboarding, exit interviews and processes
  • Maintains records and employee files; submitting required employee changes, forms and reports in a timely manner.
  • Handles employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and observing ethical and professional standards.
  • Acts as a liaison with Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Learning & Development to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.

Licensure :  PHR certification desirable.

Relevant Work Experience:    At least 3 years of full scope human resources generalist experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Handles multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadline pressures effectively
  • HR Information Systems experience preferred
  • Must have good knowledge of laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to Human Resources management
