Job Description

Facilities Coordinator 

Assist the Facility Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the properties including customer/client services, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client’s corporate real estate goals and objectives.  

Primary Responsibilities:

Directly support the Facility Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager in executing the needs of managing the assigned location.  Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  • Delivery of facilities services to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Support compliance with Beacon Health Options minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned property proactively addressing any deficiencies. 
  • Create and follow up on work orders/customer requests as necessary.
    Support work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessary.
  • Support facility soft services as needed and directed such as: meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and physical site access coordination.
  • Support requests associated with Beacon Health Options management and operations team.
  • Continuously identify cost savings opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Sustainable Facilities Professional/Facilities Management Professional preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities field or equivalent
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems preferred
