About the Position:

We are currently seeking a dynamic EDI Regional Oversight Coordinator to join our team in Latham, NY! The Regional Oversight Coordinator of EDI Operations is integral in the execution of flawless implementations and on-going maintenance of data exchanges. The Regional Oversight Coordinator will respond to the EDI needs of the clients for a specific business region. This includes working with region’s clients to coordinate all EDI deliverables for them across all EDI lanes (Accumulators, Eligibility, Claims, Encounters, and Others). Ensure best practices are understood and adhered to with a focus on improving business processes and operational efficiencies as well as the development and implementation of best in class systems that result in delivery of excellent service to internal and external customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with internal and external customers to establish effective problem resolution and process improvement toward the achievement of exceptional service.
  • Ensure there are effective performance management systems in place for measuring, analyzing, and aligning to continuously improve overall performance levels in all areas of the operation.
  • Perform strategic planning, development and communication with the Regional Oversight Manager as related to corporate goals, objectives, and client level targets.
  • In partnership with IT, perform research and analysis on new technology opportunities, systematic enhancements and other efficiency/effectiveness related possibilities toward the goal of delivering ever improving service.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, Bachelor’s Degree in business is preferred
  • Relevant Work Experience: 3 - 5years of experience in leading people and understanding of EDI Exchanges, Project Management, and client relations required
  • Travel: up to 10% travel required local and/or overnight
