Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic Health and Performance Solutions (HPS) Director to join our team at our office in Morrisville, NC.  The Health and Performance Solutions (HPS) Director will be responsible for operations of the Health and Performance Solutions department, for implementing the goals and objectives for all EAP program development and training and for resolving internal organizational issues.

Position Responsibilities:

Operational responsibility for delivery of EAP services to EAP and integrated account client companies served by Health and Performance Solutions (HPS) teamFocus on HPS EAP Workplace Consultation (EWC) services integrating with EAP as a whole.

Develop and maintain relationship with account services, client company contacts, and internal EAP and Clinical teams providing operational consultation to coordinate delivery of HPS services.

Assure that corporate HPS policies and standards are implemented within (HPS) team.

Maintain up to date workflows for all aspects of HPS team and collaborate on all EAP workflows and ensure that all staff are consistently trained for the delivery of contracted services.

Direct hiring and personnel issues within (HPS) team providing leadership and oversight for effective delivery of EAP services and enhanced workplace productivity.

Resolve issues within service center as they relate to (HPS) department and participate in problem resolution across service center and EAP teams as needed.

Consult with regional Account Executives on EAP related issues.

Coordinate with national HPS leads to create and maintain consistent delivery of EAP services across all service centers by participating in national initiatives, committees, and educational programs.

Monitor performance of operational EAP client performance guarantees for (HPS) department.

Position Requirements:

Education: This position requires a Master’s Degree, preferably in a behavioral health care field.   

Licensure:  Clinical licensure, Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) is strongly preferred. 

Relevant Work Experience:   Ten (10) years clinical experience dealing with substance

abuse and EAP preferred.
