About the Position:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Claims Clerk to join our team at our office in Latham, NY!  The Claims Clerk provides clerical and administrative support to the Claims Processing Units.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production/quality spreadsheets.
  • Provide clerical support, including, but not limited to, sorting, filing, distribution of work, copy and other clerical functions to support business needs.
  • Update/maintain data bases and prepare reports as needed.
  • Contribute to a team environment by consistently exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrating flexibility with daily operations/function.
  • Perform other job related duties as dictated by business needs, as determined by management

Position Requirements:

  • Education: A high school/GED diploma is required.
  • Relevant Work Experience:  Six months of administrative experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel
