About the Position:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Claims Assistant to join our team at our office in Woburn, MA!  The Operations Administrative Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be in-bound mail. claims batching, mail tracking, front desk coverage, special projects as needed, and supporting the overall needs of the office. Operations Administrative Coordinator will also have some responsibility with outbound mail. 

Shift: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 7am - 3:30pm and Sat 8am - 12pm 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Printing of, sorting, and mailing of all weekly and bi-weekly letters
  • Tracking all outbound mail
  • Tracking and ordering mailroom supplies
  • Supporting the receptionist
  • Maintaining all the kitchens and coffee machines
  • Maintaining electronic mailbox and courier mail
  • Inbound mail tracking support
  • Supporting claims
  • Outbound FedEx
  • Saturdays and some holidays required

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Relevant Work Experience: 1- 2 years related work experience in professional office environment required
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
    • Ability to multi task with complete accuracy
    • Ability to life up to 25lbs
