Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic Full Time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Clinicians to join our team at our office in Miami, Florida.  The BCBA Clinician will be responsible for oversight and review of behavior analysis services to members with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, authorization and determination of appropriate levels of care based on established medical necessity criteria.
  • Review BCBA assessments submitted by providers for adherence to ASD “best practice” guidelines
  • Coordinate outpatient and inpatient discharge planning with the practitioner to assure continuity of care
  • Act as a liaison with parents and the healthcare community to ensure continuum of care and support for members
  • Arrange authorization of consults when necessary
  • Verify member coverage and advise all parties involved of the implications for treatment
  • Participate in care coordination rounds with medical director to promote integrated case discussions and problem-solving.

Position Requirements:


  • Minimum of a Master’s degree preferred in a mental health field


  • Must be a BCBA

Relevant Work Experience:  

  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in home based treatment providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with ASD
  • Possess clinical, medical utilization review and/or quality assurance experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
