Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Vice President, Engagement Center - Senior Vice President, Department Children & Families Child Welfare Services to join our team at our office in Rocky Hill, CT.  The incumbent will work cohesively with other senior leaders to ensure a coordinated approach to care coordination, community program development, reporting and analytics and other core programmatic elements across the enterprise.


  • Serve on the local senior leadership team and works collaboratively to sustain a cohesive leadership team that drives innovation and results, while ensuring high staff satisfaction and a positive Beacon culture.
  • Assist in developing strong leaders within the community child and family division to support the myriad of programs and services provided.
  • Develop positive and productive working relationships with all clients and delivers on all programmatic contract expectations.
  • Proactively monitors provider and program quality and utilization outcome data to ensure appropriate management of program/contract resource while informing the needs of the child and family services system.
  • Participates in statewide meetings, representing Beacon and our clients to assist in educating stakeholders and informing state policy.


  • Minimum of 10 years applied Child Care Welfare or Clinical experience
  • 5 plus years of Administrative/Program Management experience
  • 5 plus years of direct Managed Care experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong group presentation and public speaking skills
  • Team player, strong ability to collaborate
