ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team at our office in Boston, MA.  The Corporate TA Recruiter will be responsible for filling a variety of positions with high performing, mission-driven individuals and striving to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Experienced in all aspects of corporate end to end recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, qualifying, screening, assessing, managing relationships with hiring teams and business partners, offer negotiation, awareness of relevant employment laws and employment market trends;
• Demonstrable track record of direct sourcing of candidates
• Skilled in working with senior business leaders, supporting and guiding them on hiring needs
• Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners, and business partners
• Strong time management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress and roadblocks
• Adhere guide and educate business leaders and partners on Talent Acquisition process and applicable law
• Minimum of 5+ years recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in the healthcare space is a plus.

Position Requirements:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required

Licensure :  None required

Relevant Work Experience :   Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience required, healthcare staffing preferred. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• Impeccable relationship skills and experience working with high touch individuals 
• Proven experience working in a high volume recruiting environment. 
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment 
• Must obtain or develop an in-depth understanding of the healthcare talent space, keeping abreast of the latest talent trends and strategies.
