Beacon is currently seeking a Network Development Coordinator a highly organized and compassionate professional to join our team at our CT - Rocky Hill office.  The Network Development Coordinator is responsible for all provider data maintenance, network inquiries and ad hoc reporting requests for the CT DCF IFCS provider network.  The Network Development Coordinator will ensure that all network contract deliverables, performance standards and ad-hoc reporting requests are met as well as network requirements for all future contract implementations.  Role will require integration with Corporate Provider Relations and Provider Data teams on an as needed basis.

What does a typical day look like?

  1. Manages all maintenance requirements of the CT Department of Children & Families IFCS provider network.
  2. Collaborate with Corporate Team on the following: Auto Load implementation of initial provider network or manual build of Initial Provider Network and manual build of ongoing network as new providers are identified.
  3. Oversee implementation requirements for NetworkConnect and related systems to document providers and support invoice/claim payments.
  4. Support and participate in the Network Management Department’s process improvement and transformational initiatives to drive completion and successful outcomes.
  5. Identify opportunities and implement best practices to standardize network management activities. Assure adoption of best practices by team members.
  6. Contribute to provider communications such as electronic/hardcopy mailings, provider alerts/notices, training materials and training/meeting content.
  7. Act as liaison and maintain productive working relationships with all Beacon departments.
  8. Attend internal departmental meetings as needed.
  9. Works with State partner CT Department of Children and Families on all network inquiries, provider file maintenance and ad-hoc reporting.
  10. Assist with invoice/claim entry, resolution and other administrative duties pertinent to IFCS Contract.

What you Contribute?

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Licensure: N/A

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • A minimum of three years of experience working in healthcare, Network Management or in an operations area.
  • Must be highly organized, details oriented, results oriented, self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
