Job Description


We are currently seeking a dynamic Quality Manager, Accreditation Oversight to join our team at our office in Boston, MA or Remote.  The Quality Manager will be responsible for oversight of Service and Engagement Center adherence with accreditation standards through auditing and consultation including management and monitoring of the Policy and Procedure database in Compliance360. Through this oversight and under the direction of the Vice President of Accreditation opportunities for improvement and strategies to improve and support accreditation are identified and implemented.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of accredited Service and Engagement Center adherence with relevant standards through auditing UM and CR files, P&P review, committee minutes and other relevant documentations
  • Monitoring P&P database in Compliance360 to ensure that all P&Ps are updated at least annually.

  • Lead on maintaining all Quality P&Ps in Compliance360 to include updating at least annually.

  • Communicating findings to the VP of Accreditation and compiling a report to the Service Center GM and AVP of Quality that includes recommended actions to address

  • Collaborating with the Service or Engagement Center on the development of the work plan to address recommendations with capacity to alter / modify recommendations to fit the structure and needs of Center

  • Monitoring the work plan and ensuring the tasks/activities are completed timely

  • Assist with problem solving when barriers to implementing work plan tasks/activities

  • Assists in providing technical assistance to the Service Centers regarding NCQA, URAC and sub-delegation requirements.

  • Assists in reviewing delegation and sub delegation agreements to ensure they meet accreditation requirements.

  • Participates in sub delegation audits between Beacon Health Options legal entities.

  • Prepares sub Assists in the development of delegation/sub delegation agreements and oversight assessment tools delegation oversight evidence for NCQA and URAC surveys and ensure

  • Assist with accreditation activities as assigned

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Relevant Work Experience: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in behavioral health

  • 2+ years’ experience in accreditation

  • Audit experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables within a fast-paced environment so that deadlines are successfully met

  • Experience in accreditation standards (NCQA MBHO and/or HP; URAC HUM and CM)

  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
