We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager, Network Strategy to join our team at our office in Boston, MA.  The Manager, Network Strategy will be expected to partner in the development of strategy and execution for alternate modalities at Beacon including telemental health and CBT. The manager will be expected to work in partnership with the network strategy team in identifying key opportunity areas for alternate modalities that fits into the broader access strategy across Beacon. The manager will be capable of jumping into numerous projects and getting up to speed quickly to identify and deliver value.

The manager will work in a matrixed environment and must use informal influence to bring colleagues across the enterprise along in order to be collectively successful.


Serve as a key resource in driving the vision of new operating models as well as participate in the internal and external change management required to realize the vision. Serve as a partner to the Corporate Strategy & Operations teams and through using informal influence help execute on network and provider innovation through the use of technology & operational transformation.

Target outcomes

  1. Assist in implementation of telemental health vendor to all service centers service centers by July 2017 with a target of 500-1000 telemental health visits in 2017
  2. Assist AVP & Director of network strategy to develop, repeatable, scalable implementation process that takes 6 weeks/client launch for telemental health for all client types by April 2017
  3. Roll out 1st Medicaid client on telemental health by Q3 2017
  4. Assist in development and execution plan for new modalities including CBT. Help with all aspects of implementation including client prioritization based on analytics, development of implementation plan, understanding of key operational challenges in roll-out and partner in developing solutions for overcoming these challenges Q4 2017 & beyond
  5. Assist in development of robust tracking mechanism for usage of alternate modalities and development of hypothesis on target population archetypes for each modality by Q4 2017 for telemental health and in mid-2018 for CBT
  6. Identify 1-2 A players to join Beacon each year

Position Requirements:

Education: Master’s degree in business, health care, or relevant field

Relevant Work Experience:   2-3 years of experience in healthcare space specifically focused on program development and implementation, including experience supervision of teams. Healthcare project work valued highly.
