ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team at our office in Coral Gables, Florida. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors and maintaining the visitor log at the front desk, managing calls to the Executive Team and providing support to the Executive Assistant. This position creates a positive first and last impression for visitors and is pivotal to the company running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Responsible for answering and routing calls.
Welcome all guests, maintain the visitor log, and assist guests, providers, members, and employees with general information.
Work with the Executive Assistant to order and manage office supplies for the business.
Assist in placing orders for catering, making reservations for travel and lodging.
Maintain an accurate log for guest badges and distribution of badges for new hires.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Relevant Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience, customer service experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must understand travel logistics and scheduling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong command of the English language
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
Highly proficient with computer systems and software
Ability to navigate within a Windows environment and utilize Microsoft Office
Proven time management and task prioritization skills; able to handle multiple tasks at once
